  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within two business days and shipped via United States Postal Service from our California warehouse.
  • In case of any issues with delivery such as non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, or unclaimed package at the post office, the customer is responsible for arranging redelivery at their own expense by contacting help@pulsetoner.com.
  • Pulse Toner cannot be held liable for any lost or unclaimed orders. While we will assist in tracing missing parcels, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier to file a lost package claim.
